Very rude to customers as I showed a picher before thay started thay said yes I can do it but at the end thay told me thay don’t do design eny more but it clearly says on the wall thay do & to other customers next to me was having design I just don’t understand why thay wud agree to it in the start. .. so just let me dry my nails for two minutes then told me I was finished so it left me with messy nails so unprofechinil I am not happy & wil never come back !!!!! Need to learn how to respect customers !

Waiting time is not long, you actually get served quite quickly. Staff members are really nice & very professional. They always do their best to achieve your expectations and let you know if they can'...

Been going there for a few years,never happy that sometimes while they do your nails they talk in own language so you don't know if they are talking about yourself. Today was horrific,lady in middle c...
Been going there for a few years,never happy that sometimes while they do your nails they talk in own language so you don't know if they are talking about yourself. Today was horrific,lady in middle chair when I arrived,all 3 tenictions talking completely ignoring her and then me. Third customer arrived, the whole time the 3 young men laughed and talked, glad they were happy but we as customers don't know who you are laughing at. Sorry but will look else Where, look after your customers as they pay your wages ( rent, food,clothing etc) if this carries on because you feel the young ones can be trusted then you are so wrong. Please look after customers properly
