The staff are always helpful and are precise with their nail care. Communication is key in any business, they ask you questions and deliver what you would like. Highly recommend.

I was a walk in yesterday and was greeted and seen straight away. I had a full set of acrylics and they are the perfect, my nail tech was lovely and VERY precise and good at what she does which meant my nails came out beautifully, I’m afraid I didn’t get her name but I’m sure all their employees are great too! Great service, colour choice, price and result. Will definitely be going back 🤗

Today was my first visit to Diva Nails. Whilst the service was good, friendly staff and lovely warm tea being offered upon arrival, I was left a bit disappointed for 2 reasons. Firstly, the colour sho...
Today was my first visit to Diva Nails. Whilst the service was good, friendly staff and lovely warm tea being offered upon arrival, I was left a bit disappointed for 2 reasons. Firstly, the colour shown on the swatch which I selected to have done, did not match the colour I ended up with! I specifically selected a berry/ purple shade but the colour I got was grey/ brown. secondly, the technician over exfoliated my foot and I've been left with a painful graze.

I was disappointed with this salon. First impression was that it was grubby and rather run down, none of the equipment appeared to be in sterilising fluid. The girl who did my nails wasn't particularl...
I was disappointed with this salon. First impression was that it was grubby and rather run down, none of the equipment appeared to be in sterilising fluid. The girl who did my nails wasn't particularly friendly and filed my nails much shorter than I asked for. I'd booked a ful manicure when I phoned, but only got my nails filed and gel polish applied. One week on and the polish is dull and cracking in places.

i think that overall diva nails is a good salon to go to and the best it witney, however i got a full set of acrylics and so did my friend and her appointment was before mine and i finished my appoinment first as the girl who did mine rushed it and wasn't very careful. i like the shape but could've taken more time filing the sides and the nail paint is quite messy. whereas my friends nails look flawless and neat because the man that did hers took time and was careful and he spoke to her and didn't miss out any steps

I'm really happy with the set of acrylics I had applied last Saturday. So far the varnish is lasting well and I am pleased with the shape and length which both reflect what I asked for. What particularly impressed me though was the speed at which I was served. As a walk-in customer I expected to wait a while to be seen as the shop was busy, but the manager called one of the workers away from their lunch especially for me, which I really appreciated as I was in a hurry. I will definitely be back.

I was a walk in yesterday and was greeted and seen straight away. I had a full set of acrylics and they are the perfect, my nail tech was lovely and VERY precise and good at what she does which meant my nails came out beautifully, I’m afraid I didn’t get her name but I’m sure all their employees are great too! Today was my first visit to Diva Nails. Whilst the service was good, friendly staff and lovely warm tea being offered upon arrival, I was left a bit disappointed for 2 reasons. I was disappointed with this salon. First impression was that it was grubby and rather run down, none of the equipment appeared to be in sterilising fluid. The girl who did my nails wasn't particularly friendly and filed my nails much shorter than I asked for. I'd booked a ful manicure when I phoned, but only got my nails filed and gel polish applied. I'm really happy with the set of acrylics I had applied last Saturday. So far the varnish is lasting well and I am pleased with the shape and length which both reflect what I asked for. What particularly impressed me though was the speed at which I was served.
