In all the years I've done my nails Im never satisfied. I scheduled a appointment with John and I was amazed at the work he did he took his time was very dedicated in making sure that it was exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love the atmosphere of this shop! Beautiful! Very nice people; all of the nail techs. Great work. John is exceptional. He does amazing work, like the famous IG nail artists, BUT he doesn’t charge ridiculous prices like them! He’s so reasonable, yet gives you exactly what you want & that is darn near impossible to find! I wear my nails very long & have not had one issue with them breaking or anything. & I’m rough on my hands. He’s someone I can & will be returning to, consistently. He’s my new nail artist. I was ignored whilst the staff were on their mobiles, I was left waiting half way through the job whilst the member of staff was playing with another customers child and I was made to feel like I was being difficult just because I didn't instantly know which shade of red I wanted. Absolutely disgusted about the service I received on my last visit. I was a very loyal customer ever since they opened and was looking forward to visiting again after moving away for a year. I asked in advance for a rainbow design, which was agreed. Once my infills were done I was told to select a colour, I reminded them I was having a rainbow design to which I was told they couldn't do this and didn't have the colours. This design was the only reason I came in and I was told I could paint my own nails if I would prefer! Tilly then totally ignored me and started to serve another customer. I was so disgusted and shocked that I was unsure what to do and other customers looked really embarrassed at the way I had been spoken to. I eventually had a design created but it was so basic and not up to the usual standards I had become accustomed to, I felt very cheated to hand over £30 for it. I am not the easiest person to please but this salon has gone over and beyond for me. I love art so I challenge them and they rise to the occasion every time. They are up front about their pricing no surprises in the end. It is very clean and well kept, I can actually relax now and get my nails done.
