The middle picture is where I went AFTER I left Venice Nail Bar. Went in with a gel manicure and was told in order to do the stiletto nail I would need to get SNS. I agreed to change to SNS and then was told I still wasn’t able to do the stiletto nail. Clearly from the picture on the left and right the shape is absolute garbage and neither almond or square. The guy who did my nails told me my nails “weren’t long enough for short stiletto nails.” The girl I went with had nails shorter than mine and she received short stiletto nails.Read Less

I will not be back to this nail salon. First of all I went yesterday with my sister, it wasn't all that busy (like I've seen it in the past). We both waited over an hour for them to start on our nails (she was getting a pedicure I was getting SNS nails). While I was waiting at a chair other people would come in and they would start doing their SNS nails before doing mine... they didn't have an appointment. The owner just doesn't seem to care how long you have to wait, and I ...wish I would have just walked out the door (we were there from 3:15-5:30). Once I finally got going the guy doing my nails wasn't all that friendly and he just seemed frustrated. He would file some of my nails but forget others, which I'm honestly kind of thankful for because he ended up cutting me pretty deep on 3 fingers because he filed too close to my skin. My fingers are so sore today. Oh and if that isn't enough... I paid $40 for this... $40 for horrible customer service and bloody fingers. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because it's nice and beautiful inside and the refreshments and fruit cup are a nice touch. My nails techs did not do a good job, at all. I will stick to my current salon- I only strayed to use a gift card hat I was given (which was super sweet )! Of course every nail tech has different experience and quality, so others may be great. My pinky toenails were left with no French nor clear polish at ALL...and rough and unattended. (Pics in ...comments). Still dry skin on various areas of my toes. The nail tech doing my nails couldn't/wouldn't give me a cost for what she was pushing down my throat and just said "same price" as what I kept insisting I wanted. She basically refused to give me acrylic like I always get- literally would not take no for an answer and kept asking "but why?" "But you don't need to" "same price, just do sns". So fine, I go with sns and it was whatever...formula is better than acrylic... I get that. But she did a terrible job- bubbles and uneven patches underneath that are visible, rough edges and french Just looks terrible compared to what I'm used to at my usual salon. $100 later- I will not go here again unless I find better tech recommendations.
