Wouldn’t recommend going here. I went in and asked to get acrylic nails and told them that I was a student. Once they had done my nails I noticed that they were not all the same length, with one of my thumb nails being much longer than the other one. When I wanted them to correct this they were rude and did not apologise. I also showed my valid student card at the end when I was about to pay and they told me it was not going to be accepted because it didn’t have an expiry date. This is ridiculous because it says clearly that it was issued less than a year ago and a degree is for three years... I offered to show my uni days which has an expiry date and my university email address and they said this was not enough. Very disappointed with my experience. Read Less

I made an appointment last Wednesday having had my nails done before Christmas. My nails had taken quite a lot of abuse over the holiday with all the entertaining I had done so was in quite a state. Kim repaired them beautifully and took a lot of trouble putting them right. I would like to say thank you for the care Kim had taken, I am sure the rest of the staffs would have done the same. I really liked my nails which I’ve done just before Christmas. I was impressed with the staff which were quite kind to me and welcome in terms of a huge amount of customers. I didn’t know what design to do and they had so much colours, so I really couldn’t decide what to have. However, they showed me several designs. Avoid!!! Had a really bad experience here. On your first visit they are nice, promising you can come back if your nails chip or if you need an extra coat. If you do so, be prepared for seriously rude reactions: 'I think you have picked them deliberately and have now come back'. Despite being polite, the responses were more and more aggressive. Honestly shocked by their rudeness, even in front of other loyal customers. I booked to have gel nail extensions. Not the best nail salon experience, Staff seemed miserable and were quite rude if you decided to change even just the colour you'd picked. It wasn't a hugely nice atmosphere. Nails were poorly executed and were chipping only a day in. Do not recommend. Read Less

Terrible, probably a front for money laundering. The manager was rude to his staff and to customers, THE TOOLS WERE NOT CLEANED BETWEEN CUSTOMERS, and they don't tell you it's cash only- just a tiny sign behind a plant. Unhygenic, poor quality mani pedis, and rude staff. Read Less

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. They still fail to stay true to their schedule preceding to tell me continually "come back tomorrow" despite having pre booked an appointment and specified the time. There was an obvious lack of attention paid to the customers being served. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Read Less

Surprised by how bad their manicures are! I came in for a french tip, after more than half an hour I check my nails and the tips are crooked and worse the all of them are full of bubbles. I told them to take it off and I wouldnt pay for that. She apologised, said I HAD to pay because she shaped my nails which counts as a manicure but would also put on very light nailpolish to make up for it. I am home now 4 hours later and it is starting to peel away from the sides already on every single nail. Quality of their polish is horrendous. They are not very friendly (a lady next to me was getting her gel nails topped up and the manicurist was on her phone, facebook, the entire time!). Do not waste money here. Read Less

I'm surprised by the negative reviews of this place. Yes it's not a luxury salon but I think they are great at what they do, you can always get seen even with a little wait, and they have good prices. I go in regularly for an acrylic in-fill and shellac and they have great colours, and they last really well. I must admit I only ever walk in, like most places of this nature the appointments system is more of a guideline than a commitment (!) - if you are looking for that I would definitely recommend you go elsewhere. Needed a quick "pick me up" after a long week of work in Atlanta before heading home. Had a wonderful Mani-Pedi. This is a friendly, professional and relaxing little oasis. Wow I was amazed at how exceptionally rude the staff is here! I did not have an appointment (now I'm incredibly glad I didn't) as soon as I walked I spoke to really pissed off employee. I asked if I could get a manicure and she said "for later??" When I asked if they had anything available now she walked away from me and said NO from the other end of the room (yes she walked away from me) and then yelled across the room "no make appointment for later!!!" The place wasn't that busy and it was so akward! There was no need for her to make a scene for just asking for a manicure! A simple sorry come back later us enough! The place wasn't even busy.
