I absolutely love this place I live in Atlanta , where there is a nail salon on every corner sometimes even next door to each other and I've never experienced the service I get from Upscale Nails . The place is super clean and they cover there foot tubs with plastic to keep germs away . Love love love . The staff is friendly , I always love to Yvonne do my nails because she does my ombré nails the best . Her sister is also a nice person and artist (forgot her name) she alway...s talked to me during my pregnancy when I use to show up to get my nails done & yes my baby came out healthy . The products they use aren't so toxic and I the staff was more and happy to give me a mask to cover my mouth and nose. I been going here for over a year and it's worth the 15 min drive ! I am actually headed there to day to get a fill in. You must go here ! And tell them Rachel on Yelp sent ya haha , but no for real I hope my review helps you and you give it try . Had a fabulous experience tonight. My best friend is getting married Saturday and Yvonne did a beautiful job on her nails. My nails were much simpler, but they are so pretty. They spend a long time on your pedicure and when you leave you look and feel amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful nail salon.

Avoid like the plague! I had my appointment booked for 12.30 arrived 5 mins early just to be on the safe side. I wasn't greeted very nicely just told to pick a colour. I was waiting for ages and not even told they were running late but I still didn't complain I wasn't seen till 1.15pm
i was then told they didn't have time to do my infill only shellac as they were running late on time so I still didn't complain and asked how much this would be (I was originally quoted 22 for infills and shellac) I was told it would now be 25 only for colour. I asked them if they were joking and the man got up came over and shouted if your not happy the door is there! I got up and walked out and he shouted to me I was banned for life!!! I had half my nails hanging off and was literally in tears it was awful. I am trying to find the head office to make an official complaint
I do not recommend this shop. The staff change the cost of the services when you're half way through, an experience confirmed by my friends and other reviewers. The experience is not relaxed or pleasurable. This shop is looking to get you in and out, removing as much cash for the least work possible and they are able to keep open only because it's a tourist town with fresh students falling victim again and again. Take heed, and take your cash.... Anywhere Else.

I just left the nail salon after the OWNER just argue with me about an easy fix issue. I have been going to this salon for 3 years every 2 weeks faithfully. The does not have Patience. She could have fixed my problem but instead she decides to refuse to do my nails and told be I can leave. I just wanted my voice to be heard . This place has poor customer service skills. If you are having an issue they will not listen to you. And all the loyalty you have put in will be a wai...st of money. I have never had an issue with this nail salon until I met the OWNER. She is rude and very unpleasant. She acts like her customers mean nothing to her. In the mist of the argument I even states that I have been going here every two weeks . She did not respond she just kept yelling at me as if I were a child. Smh. This is sad that my simple fix was not Handled properly. See More

I suggest you all check your receipt with the banks and verify transactions.

The work they do its just to die for and they make you feel welcome and i am always satisfy when i leave . Every one compliment when they see my nails. For me is a massive treat .
