I have been going to Omai for a while and recently moved to abingdon but still came to Omai as a loyal customer. One lady who works there does my nails far too quick and rushes each time, i had them done less than 2 weeks ago and was told it would cost me £25 for getting acrylic powder over my natural nails, so to save me a little bit of money i said thats fine. I then got charged £32 when she had finished! In these past few weeks my nails have chipped and one completley broke off when simply opening a packet of cakes! I was told by omai staff that its my fault my nails have chipped etc and they were very reluctant to serve me. This isnt the first time my nails have chipped when not long having then done and not the first time i have been blamed.. i dont do heaving lifting or anything like that, and i dont have a hard labour job. I wont be returning to omai and i wont be reccommending omai to anyone. Read Less

Went in for my first pedicure appointment today. Although I waited about 25 min despite having an appointment, the experience was lush. Comfy seat with massage, great friendly staff and a good value for money. Would definitely go back ;) Read Less

Won't return. Moved to the area recently. Had my nails done 3 weeks ago, was pleased and rebooked an appt for this morning for both feet and hands. When I arrived, 5 minutes in advance of the appt time, the receptionist was standing chatting to her friend, about her suntan, her Gabapentin and all manner of other things. I was not even acknowleged. When finally I got her attention and reminded her of my appt at 1000 she said "Sorry as you heard me saying, I haven't got any staff!" I said I had booked but this seemingly made no difference. She asked if I'd liked to rebook - no chance. I asked why she didn't call me. She said she didn't have my number and that was that!
