After a short wait at Katie’s Nails, I was summoned to sit down. I asked for gel nails with a fake nail attached to lengthen them. The gentleman took one hand and began filing my nails, so picked up my mobile with my free hand to read an incoming text message, and the man snapped at me for picking up my phone, rolled his eyes and told me to leave it. That was the beginning of the most difficult nail experience I’ve had. There were eye rolls, yanking, and dismissive comments the entire time. At one point, my elbow slipped off the pad and he angrily dropped his head, rolled his eyes and yanked my hand back. I asked him what his issue was and he ignored me. The fake nail was excessively long, much longer than a normal person’s gel nails, but he wouldn’t cut my nails shorter because he kept saying my nails would be too short and would look funny, and I ended up walking out with embarrassingly long nails in a candy pink (I had asked for reasonably long nails in a nude/flesh colour). I even had a photo of exactly what I wanted and I kept tapping the image to refer him back to it but he kept dismissing my image. I came home in tears after my experience and ended up chopping and filing them down myself - I didn’t feel like I would be taken seriously with nails like that!
Will never ever be going back again. It’s one thing to walk away with nails you didn’t want (I understand that can happen), but it’s another thing to be treated so unprofessionally and rudely. Absolutely ruined my morning.

I’ve never had a bad wait and I always get an amazing new design every time that I usually pick off their Instagram page. I am always greeted and everyone seems to love their work. Their dogs are adorable too. I drive 45 minutes to see them every month because of their quality. I plan to remain a loyal customer.

Best advice : Make an appointment ! I usually plan on being there for 2 hours when I’m getting nails and a pedicure !! Nails are always Bomb AF !!!

I was a client for 6 years I put up with having to wait up to an hour after my appointment time EVERY TIME!!! David is an amazing nail tech and I wouldn't take that away from him. But I have to give honest feedback now that he forced me to never go back. Pros: Loyalty card which you get a discount after so many times you've gotten service They keep up with the latest trends ... You have a good time depending on your personality you will laugh alot while being serviced Cons: Crowded no space to really walk around Forget having a quite peaceful pedicure experience Looks like greed now that it's a whole bunch of nail techs, more like a sweat shop ( definitely was more intimate when they 1st opened) They really could careless about your business (proof is in other reviews) Take your $$$ elsewhere. ReviewYelp! Its so many awesome shops out here in Atlanta that there's no reason to keep going here and being treated poorly. After this last experience I found a bomb celebrity nail tech, appt only, exclusive, invest more $ in her products and I am blessed David cancelled my appointment at the last minute!!! This was my first and last time going to this place. It was overrrated. It was crowded. I didn't make an appointment b/c I was in the area. I didn't have a problem with waiting b/c I was a walk in.. i asked for a pedicure & fill in. They directed me to the back to sit where no one acknowledged me or even started my water for my feet for almost 20min.. my pedicure was actually good once the girl finally came to start it. After my pedicure i went to sit down at one of the manic...ure tables. I sat there for almost 20min before I had to ask one of the nail tech to ask someone how long it will be. She looks at me & then turns to the bitch that I guess answered the phones in the stripped white & grey romper. Idk her name but she came over asked me if I had an appointment b/c I got my feet done. I just wanted to know the wait time.. she says well since your "just" a walk in with the nastiest attitude! You stupid little rude bitch.. my money is just as good as anyone in here with an appointment! Then when I looked at her crazy she walked off.. Chris came over to do my nails.. another guy assisted as well. My nails and feet turned out great. But the customer service is horrible! Won't be back! See More

Phoned before hand to ask if my 3 yr old can have her nails done and was told yes. Took both my daughters in and waited an hour, my 3 yr old sat all excited and we were told they would not do her nail...
Phoned before hand to ask if my 3 yr old can have her nails done and was told yes. Took both my daughters in and waited an hour, my 3 yr old sat all excited and we were told they would not do her nails. My other daughter had her nails done and they were smudged. We then used the toilet which was dirty and unclean, no hand wash nor a towel. We also had some water which tasted dirty and of chemicals. Overal it was awful and I will not go here again.

In total I was in Katie's nails for two hours, I left with nail polish all over my hands, my nails in a state and the paint chipped and smudged as soon as I walked out the door. I would have gone back in and asked them to re do it but as they had already re done them twice I did not want to be butchered anymore. Left with shoddy acrylics for £25. Absolute crap!

After a short wait at Katie’s Nails, I was summoned to sit down. I asked for gel nails with a fake nail attached to lengthen them. The gentleman took one hand and began filing my nails, so picked up my mobile with my free hand to read an incoming text message, and the man snapped at me for picking up my phone, rolled his eyes and told me to leave it. That was the beginning of the most difficult nail experience I’ve had. There were eye rolls, yanking, and dismissive comments the entire time. They directed me to the back to sit where no one acknowledged me or even started my water for my feet for almost 20min.. my pedicure was actually good once the girl finally came to start it. Phoned before hand to ask if my 3 yr old can have her nails done and was told yes. Took both my daughters in and waited an hour, my 3 yr old sat all excited and we were told they would not do her nails. My other daughter had her nails done and they were smudged. We then used the toilet which was dirty and unclean, no hand wash nor a towel. We also had some water which tasted dirty and of chemicals. Overal it was awful and I will not go here again.

I would have gone back in and asked them to re do it but as they had already re done them twice I did not want to be butchered anymore. Left with shoddy acrylics for £25. Absolute crap!
