First time getting a pedicure here was last week. The whole thing felt rushed. The tech dug into the corner of my right big toe and it definitely hurt! Less than 24 hours later I was at my podiatrist in lots of pain with a red and swollen toe (green stuff oozing out of it) in the area she was digging in. It's not an ingrown but an infection that was given to me by this salon. Now I'm out the $ for the pedicure plus all the money I had to spend on 2 different antibiotics to try to clear up this infection. I haven't been able to wear closed toe shoes all week. I've never had something like this happen in all the years I've been getting pedicures. Read Less

The tech fought with me about gel polish and did such a horrible rushed job when I told her I did not want gel. My nails are crooked and she didn't even put lotion on my feet after a pedicure. After all that it was still EXPENSIVE. Wish I could have my money back. AND the design on my toe looks like an octopus my 2 year old could draw, and it was supposed to be a flower. Got a full set ($22 according to the website) no gel nothing fancy, and a plain ass pedicure with a "flower" ($18 + $5? For design) and it came to $65. That's $45ish according to my math so I don't know where that extra $20 came from. I don't mind paying that for a good service. But I was not happy. Maybe I should have requested Nini as she seemed nicer and better than her techs. Read Less

First few times I went here for nails they always have done a really good job and love their deluxe pedicures. Past few times I have gone they always fight with me on the designs I want to get, the designs are too hard or they didn't want to do them. This time I got pushed off to another person and the acrylic base is uneven and didn't do anything with my cuticles. After the acrylic base the pushed to put gel polish on the top of the base. Trina gives the best pedicure everrr!! She works hard to please her customers and I always recommend her, she is awesome! Nini also does my eyelashes and always gives attention to detail, my eyelashes look fabulous every time! The eyelashes are very affordable too. Read Less
