*DONT GO TO NAIL ENVI* Absolutely disgusted by male staff behaviour. I went in for a new acrylic set of nails. Having been in before and been harrassed by a couple of the male technicians, I thought I would give them one last chance. I was sat at the back of the building and opposite was the man who last time asked my name, age and if I had a boyfriend. He was staring me up and down and started to grin. I went in with my boyfriend and he could see how uncomfortable I felt. The male was doing another ladies nails to the side of me and at one point he was constantly staring for long periods of time. The lady noticed and spoke up and said "why are you starring at her? Stop it" he just replied "she's my special friend". I honestly just felt so uncomfortable I just looked at the ground. The whole time I was there he was talking to his friend who was doing my nails in Chinese and they both started laughing. My technician then looked at me and asked "is that your boyfriend". They both made me feel so sick. My boyfriend went up and paid for me and said to the woman at the front "we won't be coming here again, you have made us feel extremely uncomfortable". She just looked at him and said "I understand". She obviously knew that this is something that happens regularly. 100% won't be visiting them again. Fuming ... I'm so cross went in to have my nails done for my prom baring in mi d this is not the place I usually go to but it was highly recommended so I thought I would try it.... I step in and the guy didn't offer me seat they were rude as soon as I walked in the door, then I ask for a specific type of nail (pink and white ombré) that always get at my usual salon and I ask how much he replies with "£40" !!!! £27 I usually pay I was so shocked that the price was so high, so then I say no I will get normal colour ..... I'm sat for half an hour waiting and there are people just walking around doing nothing .... the whole place is filthy and I already disgusted. After the guy starting on my nails I noticed there was something wrong with my nail and I told him .. he huffed at me, rolled his eyes and then told all his friends in there langauge which I found really rude and he fixed my nail him and I told him I don't like the colour and he said well I can't change it !!! So I now have nails That are not what I asked for it had really upset me as I payed £35 to get them done and being 16 years of age I don't have the money to get them changed and I really hate them ... so thanks 🙏🏻 wouldn't recommend it to anyone they're rude and don't do what you have asked for im beyond angry Read Less

Had infills done today, as soon as i stepped through the door the man asked what colour? I would of liked to sit down to look properly, maybe asked if i would like anything to drink...then the man doing my nails didnt hold any conversation with me, speaking in his language felt like it was about me, very rude...on choosing my colour he painted one nail, i told him i didnt like the colour, so i choose another, he then rudely said ' make sure this is the right colour because im not taking it off again' im disgusted, half the opi products are fake, and the place needs a good tidy, NEVER AGAIN Read Less
