Terrible - will never go there again. 2 and a half hours to get tips taken off and put back on! not worth £35 that we paid. The man that I saw was very rough and managed to draw blood! I have never had such a bad experience. will NEVER be returning to them and I have already warned all my mates to not go there! I went to Oscar about a year and a half ago and it was the best decision I made. Not only does he keep my nails healthy, he also has the skills and talent to do some of the most creative looks I have requested. It means a lot when you are indecisive and you have a nail tech who loves what they do so much that they make recommendations for you. He never steers me wrong.
