I had an appointment booked for Saturday but had to rearrange last minute, the lady over the phone was polite and was willing to help me out to change it. I had it rearranged for today, I had the new girl Georgina do my eyebrows. She is the loveliest girl I've ever had do my eyebrows, got on with her really well, had a good chat and a giggle, and might I add did an AMAZING job with my brows!! They've never looked so good. I am so happy with the result! Definitely recommend. I will definitely be coming back in a month's time and will be asking for Georgina specifically!Read Less

Visited today as it was my Nieces 10th Birthday treat. She had her first little pamper session. She had a mini facial, head message and little chix fingers and toes done. The staff were so lovely and the lady ( whose name I can't remember sorry!) put her straight at ease and was fantastic! My niece absolutely loved it and has now requested a weekly head message! Haha! I had switched away from leg waxing some years ago because of cost, but went to Utopia a few months ago for a change. The staff are really friendly, it didn't hurt nearly as much as I'd remembered, actually a very relaxing experience! I was lucky enough to be given a voucher for my 50th birthday for Utopia, which I had never been to before. I went along today and had my first ever 'Hydrotherm' massage; I had the back, neck & shoulder massage and it was simply amazing! I don't think I could go back to a regular massage again. Wonderful, professional, relaxing experience. I had a Back, Neck and Shoulders massage. The technique used is Hydrotherm - you lie face up on a large bag of warm water which is different! It sounds wierd but is really relaxing and you don't end up with a line around your face where you've been pressed into a traditional massage table!
