Went in 11/07/18 at 9am for an eyebrow wax. It was terrible. Didn’t use pre wax lotion, rewaxed them (which your not a meant to do), touched the area she just waxed with her bare hands, and waxed them way to thin & not even. Also had chuncks of hair that she missed out while waxing. Paid my £5 & left. Normally never have a problem. Obviously not trained. I understand that everyone starts somewhere but she should have been supervised at least. When I got home I messaged them and they offered to fix them, but didn’t think they could without making them thinner. Anyway, I went back the same day and they tinted them free of charge. Also, offered a free eyebrow wax when they grow back which can take a month! Still not happy as I’m left with horrible eyebrows for my 18th birthday. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROW WAXING! I went here this morning they managed to fit me in at short notice for an eyebrow wax which I thought was great, that was until I came out of the shop and saw the state of my eyebrows! They have cute a huge chunk out of the front of my left eyebrow, left wax all over my eye lids and they’ve missed so many hairs around my brows I am now going to go home and pluck them myself! I wish I’d had a better chance to look in the mirror at the salon but the woman whipped the mirror away that fast I only got a quick glance, it wasn’t until I was in day light that I saw the way she had butchered them! I’d question whether the beauty therapist is even qualified to wax eyebrows! Avoid at all costs!! Read Less
