Welcoming Customer Service from start to finish! This is the first time in years since I got my nails and feet done. I'm very very pleased! I will definitely be coming back!!!!

Came to Miss UK Nails on Friday for gel to be put onto my natural nails. However, it came off Saturday morning. On one nail the gel had come off the whole nail and the gel nail on the rest of my nails...
Came to Miss UK Nails on Friday for gel to be put onto my natural nails. However, it came off Saturday morning. On one nail the gel had come off the whole nail and the gel nail on the rest of my nails was wearing away at the tips.
Went to back to Miss UK Nails Tuesday as I were on holiday and came back Monday night. I explained that the gel had come off and even gave them pictures which I took on Saturday morning and they said that gel doesn't stay on natural nails, which I was unaware of and was not told when I asked for gel on my natural nails. They then said that they would repaint them in the same colour, however, I said I did not want it done as I cannot have colour on for work. I asked for a voucher which they said they cannot do but did not explain why.
Wish I could provide pictures but it won't let me.

Arrived as a walk in, waited fifteen minutes, excellent customer service and my white tip acrylic nails looked amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Came to Miss UK Nails on Friday for gel to be put onto my natural nails. However, it came off Saturday morning. On one nail the gel had come off the whole nail and the gel nail on the rest of my nails was wearing away at the tips.
