My daughther has been a few times now. Everytime she goes Kelly and the rest of the girls treat her like a princess. Fantastic place and staff.

I went in to the salon today for the first time to use a voucher I had been bought as a present, I had a geleration manicure with Alicia, she was lovely, customer service was top notch, all staff where friendly and chatty! I went to the salon today for the first time for my HD brow treatment & a lash lift. On arrival all the staff were lovely and made me feel welcome. I was with Alicia for my treatments, she was ever so nice and did a brilliant job of both my eye brows and lashes. It was my first time having a lash lift and I absolutely love it, already booked in for my second appointment! I would definitely recommend The White Room for any beauty treatments.

Customer services poor, made a mistake about a patch test and was told I would lose my appointment and my money that I had paid in advance. Been a few times spent a lot of money there and was treated badly. Not bothered about me just that they wouldn't lose any money. It's a shame that they feel the need to treat there customers like this, so a word of warning don't mess up, and don't be late I know someone who was 5mins late and were turned away.
