I usually absolutely love Envy nails, but I went in Christmas eve, waited nearly an hour as it was understandably busy due to the time of year. I have to say, I wish they had turned me away and said they was too busy. They rushed them so much so that they had been done 3 days and one broke. I returned and they fixed it for free, which I appreciate but it takes time, I left then another broke the following day and the gel has peeled on two more. I haven't had time to go back again and my hands look terrible. Read Less
