Fantastic service everytime. We're always very well looked after from the moment we walk through the door. Jane on reception is very professional when she's answering the phone or greeting clients. It was the first thing I commented on when I moved to the salon as many frontline staff do not know how to speak to clients, but Jane is excellent. Eleanor cuts and colours my hair and is very talented, and has a lovely warm personality, is very friendly and remembers info about her clients so that you pick up the conversation as if you were talking to your best friend. Ellie in beauty does my nails and waxing. She is just coming to the end of her apprenticeship, but whilst she's been an apprentice I haven't once felt that her work wasn't as good as the qualified staff. Again, another talented lady. Price wise it's all very good too. Everytime we've visited, my daughter and I come away feeling like we've been properly pampered and looked after. Read Less
