I have been going there for a couple of years now and they've always done a good job until recently. In the last few months, they seem more interested in getting as many customers as possible even if that means they rush and don't do a good job. Lately, their appointments don't run on time (sometimes they are running over 30 minutes late). Last time I went there they left my nails uneven, didn't wipe the polish that went onto my skin and did a lousy job of repairing a broken nail (instead of putting a new tip before doing the acrylic infill, they just put acrylic over my own nail, which was very short and looks awful).
