I went for the first time today and sat with Lauren and she was awesome! All I needed was a gel polish, but she allowed me to take my time when I was indecisive about my color :) Super nice and conversational which made my experience better than I expected. Went in today for the first time and will definitely be back!! All of the guys are super friendly and accommodating! Very clean salon! Even when a bunch of people came in while we were getting pedicures, they took their time and never made it feel rushed or just like another client. I lost all my eyelashes to Chemo therapy so I went to Perfect Nails for eyelash extensions. They did a beautiful job and they lasted 4 weeks. It made me feel like my old self again. Everyone in the shop is pleasant and professional. I really enjoyed my experience. Read Less

My first experience at PN was excellent! They were so accommodating to our 3 person walk in. My mom, sister, & I all got pedicures and my mom and I got full sets (that turned out beautifully!!!) and my little sister got her nails painted. It was a very clean, and nice salon with a personable staff... I was giving up hope on finding a great salon since I moved up to Indiana... But, we have found it and cannot wait to come back!!!! I entered to ask information and a blonde lady replied to me in a real impolite way! I will no pay for be treated in this way, I would like to remember that Courtesy is an important thing when you treat with people nails. How can I rely on a person that answer me this way? You should remember how is important to treat a person that enter in your shop for asking information as a potential client. Really poor customer service. Read Less

Had gel nails done, had to go back 2 days later as they had chipped already! Then they didn't last even 2 weeks. Don't know what they used but it's left my nails with tiny indents and it was so hard to remove! Nails are ruined! Read Less

Went in a week ago had my nails done, had to come back 5 days later because my nail had snapped at the top asked for it to be fixed they then fixed it but as soon as I got home broke another. Terrible quality, staff are very unsatisfactory and I will not be returning to gorgeous nails for a long long time. Read Less
