I had the deluxe pedicure about a month ago and honestly I was very disappointed. Their website claims “Using Far Eastern massage techniques, luxurious creams & oils” I didn’t get any luxurious creams or oils used, and had a so called massage for about 2.5mins on each foot. As I was left waiting for a good 20mins while the lady doing my pedicure went to give other customers their treatments twice! Even though there were other members of staff standing around. I was there over 1.5hrs due to the numerous times she left me to go do other things. And then rushed my nail polish at the end whereby I had nail polish on my skin on a few toes that she didn’t clean off. (A botched paint job I could do at home myself with my unsteady hand!) - Positives - she was friendly when she spoke to me and the heat pad/socks they put on your feet is something different. Usually I have great service here, however this last time was terrible. Had a full set French tip done just 5 days ago and they are already coming off and look horribly done. They were busy so it was rushed and a lot of sitting around waiting since they had already started my nails. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. Read Less

Really enjoyed my pampering session. Especially my facial..l was so relaxed l nearly fell asleep. My nails looked horrendous when sat down but my nail technician put my mind at rest and performed a miracle so they looked beauitful.. Thankyou ladies...ps..love my eyebrows as well. Read Less

I usually come here all the time because they are my favorite! Today, however, it was busy so my services felt extremely rushed! When this happens you are still expected to pay full price...but the quality of service should reflect those prices! My water was cold and not everything was done throughout the services. Never been to a better nail salon ! I have been there multiple times now and never had a bad experience. I usually get one of the two men here and they both are so great. Minimal wait time, clean and sanatary environment. I was able to unwine, relax and charge my phone while getting pampered. The lady that did my pedicure gave me a long calf and foot massage. This is my fav place to get my feet done. Read Less
