all the staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease about getting my haircut as I wanted a change rather than a trim. I walked in hating my hair & knowing I wanted it cut, no idea how or what sort of style. I spent a few hours relaxing, chatting & drinking coffee with the very lovely ladies. I couldn't believe the transformation my hair went through, it had been cut, coloured, thinned out & it not only looked amazing but felt so soft. I absolutely cannot say enough positive things about this salon and the people in it . As a hairdresser myself I am reluctant to visit salons and can never find one I like . I went for the ombré colour and am someone who never usually leaves happy with the end result , but I genuinely couldn't be happier , I love it , the cut , the colour , the condition , from the moment I entered I was made to feel like a regular and can now 100% say that I will be . Thank you so much to your Nottingham team for helping me out at late notice. You sorted outs trial run for hair and make-up with 3 weeks to go before my wedding, and booked an appointment for my nails to be done. Due to my wedding being in the morning, I had my hair and make-up done for me in my own home, and despite crying with laughter during the ceremony, and running around after the bridesmaids, the make-up needed minimal maintenance, and my hair do stayed put for the entire day (even when a tired 2 year old tried to pinch my tiara! ).
