I have had my nails done here three times by shelbie . I can 100% tell you they have been the best nails I have had done . They care about customer service ,the salon is beautiful and clean also very welcoming. I am a very short notice kind of customer and they go out of there way to try and fit me in . Had my lashes done with shelbie today. After meeting the team for my patch test they all seemed really friendly and welcoming. *update* after having to go back not even a week later to get my nails fixed as 3 came off, i thought id give you the benefit of the doubt after you told me you "dont do refunds but will fix the nails". Yet another has broken AGAIN not even a week later. I just dont think this is good enough. I understand everyone has bad days, but i expect far more than this when i pay £35. What i also dont appreciate is that when i called last week, to very politely stress my concern as id... never had this problem before, i was asked: "do you normally go to the chinese? The chinese do them differently" which i thought was unprofessional, and actually inaccurate. The lady who did my nails on both occasions was lovely, and I hate to be writing this, but it's just not good enough.
