Yesterday I had an appointment at diamond nails at 11am. At the beginning of December I had my nails done here and was really happy with them. They advised me that had appointments for Christmas so I booked in. Yesterday I arrived at 10.50am for my 11am appointment to find 15 people in the salon with 4 staff. When I arrived the staff did not appear interested in the fact that I had an appointment. I was asked to take a seat at the back of the salon. In the salon It was abso...lute chaos!!! One girl told me that she had arrived at 9.30am and her nails had not yet been painted! Another told me she had been there since 9am and her nails were still not done! With at least 8 other people waiting to have their nails done I walked out!!!! I am very disappointed that having booked an appointment with the salon this was not honoured and that the salon clearly took on more clients than it could cope with. As a result I have ended up not having my nails done for Christmas and I will never return to this salon or recommend it!!! See More Read Less

Had my nail extensions off.. but when I left the shop and went home to get ready to go out all my nail varnish was coming off.. so they let me leave the shop with wet nails... Wasn't dry properly.. had to take it all off. Read Less

Wanted a design on my acrylics... when I asked she said she could do it, then when she put all my nails on, she said she couldn't. So I wasn't happy, as I went there expecting good results. Instead my nails are one plain colour, suppose to be a shade of purple, LOOKS BROWN. suppose to have been matt but some of it is still shiny. Also she told me the price was gonna be £35, fair enough with the designs but it was one colour and still £35 . Also slightly rude.... Won't be coming here again. Wasted my money! See More Read Less
