Very very rude guy did my nails... said I shouldn't make them shorter and If I wanted them shorter he won't reshape them. Asked for glitter on two fingers and showed a picture- and yet there's just a few specks of glitter. Guy broke a freshly done nail as he did it and then he made me pay an extra $5 for his mistake. After I asked again for them shorter he took his phone out took a photo of my nails and then spoke in another language to the person next to him and laughs at me... during him shortening them and then called him over to look. Very disappointed and will not be back. Waste of money and time. Waited 1 hour for my appointment and I even had it scheduled, not a walk in. Also he asked where I had them done from before and I told him- so then he proceeded to talk bad about their salon and how horrid my nail polish looked. Bad all around. American Nails? well if thats how Americans have their nails then Im glad Im British. Not Impressed at all. Rushed... took 30 minutes in total to do full infills and gel paint. Place i go to in Sutton that was closed 2day takes an hour (that tells me a lot) My nails have been left quite sharp and I think a blind woman painted my nails as she missed good fractions of my actual nail. Got shellac put on my nails this morning and by 3pm one of them had completely peeled off already. I called the salon and requested a refund so that I could get them fixed elsewhere, since they didn’t do a very good job to begin with. He said they would not offer a refund and would only let me come get the nail redone. I explained I didn’t want this to happen again before the wedding and just wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere and he refused again. Very rude. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and not returning to this salon for any services. Read Less

Tried giving them a second chance today but will not be going back. The lady was nice but didn't do a good job. The jel is already peeling off. My nails feel so thin and doesn't feel like I have the jel polish on. Not to mention the guy next to me doing a ladies nails was very rude to her. I don't know if it was her first time getting a jel manicure but she didn't know what to do and was rude to by not explaining what she needed to do. Will not be going here any more!
