I have be having my nails done at Infinity for well over two years now and think I've been seen to by every member of staff at some point! All the staff are so lovely, very friendly and very helpful, always listen to what I want and try to give the best service possible. It can get a little busy sometimes as I think most people use walk in appointments rather than booking, however in all my time using this salon there has only been one occasion where I had to come back later ...to be seen, but that was no problem and understandable at the time. There is a very large selection of nail colours as well as other treatments available (massage, lashes, waxing). The place itself is very spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated and always something decent on the tv if you don't fancy having a chat! Prices are very reasonable, I have paid much more at other salons that are nowhere near as good, and my nails always last a long time - I made mine last up to 7 weeks without an infill once and although my own nail growth was ugly, the acrylics themselves were still going strong! I am always complimented on my nails done at infinity. They are so friendly and welcoming. Hot cups of tea on cold days out and all the time you need to choose what colour you want. I enjoy my 'me' time having my nails done and love that I can walk in whenever I get an early finish from work or before the shopping on a Saturday. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.Read Less

Had an appointment for a pedicure. This was the first and last time I will be going to this salon. The young man was more interested in the soccer game on tv than attending to his work. After the polish was on, he turned on the massage chair and said to relax, while escorting two clients into the chairs next to me. He starts their pedicures. Now about 15 minutes have gone by, so I asked "am I done here?". He says to the girl he was working on "she's not too bright". The girl and I looked at each other in disbelief! How incredibly rude!! This was the first time I got my nails done professionally, I didn't know what to expect. And all I can honestly say is they were excellent. And the staff was so welcoming. Had my nails done a week and the amount that they have grown out already it looks like I had them done 3 weeks ago! They look ridiculous and got to have them done again before I go to the special occasion I had them done for. Wouldn't return back here ever again.Read Less

Had infill and Shellac done. Quick service, gorgeous colour, but the Shellac begins to come off after a couple of days. Also, the guy didn't respond to my request to paint the nail from the base, but left a big gap, so it's gonna grow out even quicker now. For their prices, I expect better. Read Less

The only reason that they get 4.5 out 5 stars is because they delete the ones that don't rate them very good! I had awful service - polish was off in less than 10 days - they used a grinder on my toe nails for polish that they put on! I will never go back there again! Read Less

I called into this nail salon in a last minute bid 15 minutes before closing time as I couldn't find the salon I was meant to go to - what with all the tram works! The salon were happy to accommodate me and stayed open late especially. I had the French Gel Extensions and I am really pleased with the results, they look lovely and natural. Price is also what you will generally pay elsewhere £30. The staff were competent and very friendly, even offering me a cup of tea. The salon is easy to find being on the main high street and I found a handy car park round the corner which offers 1 hour free parking, perfect length of time for having nails done.
