Good points - you never have to wait and get served quickly. No appointment needed. Fairly reasonable prices.
Bad points - £15 Gel nails chipped after 2 days. Went back in to get it fixed and they charged me £10 to redo it. I then asked for a receipt so I could prove what date i'd had them done and they refused to give me one!

Went here on saturday, absolutley shocking and will NEVER go back, 2 colours i chose they didnt have them as when she opened the bottles they were all dried up and looked like they had been there since 1990, got a colour and the machine you put your hands in was dodgey and she had to keep wiggling the wire, then when i was done i put my coat on and all the fur off my coat stuck to my nails as they werent dry, shocking, a five year old could of done a better job, might aswell of put £15 down the drain, had to take them straight off!!!!!!!

Fast, cheap and I'm always happy with the results. I've been a few times and have had shellac and normal varnish. The shellac lasted ages. Never had a problem and staff have always been friendly.

Wouldn't even rate the place with one star they are by far the worst nails I have ever had done in my 25 years and I only got gel varnish which is hardly difficult. This was my first and LAST experience with these people.
I got Gel varnish on for Christmas on Thursday 21st December...by Friday 22nd December my nails were chipping off (this should NOT happen with gel varnish) So I went back to get them fixed which they attempted but it looked like my 3 year old niece had painted my nails so I asked that they did them again which they did reluctantly....by Saturday 23rd of December 3 of the nails had completely lifted off and were ruined. At this point I did not want another slap dash fix and simply asked for my money back which they refused to do as they have a no refunds policy (I can see why!) Quite frankly I was absolutely disgusted at the quality of the nails and the customer service and I truly have no idea how they are still in business. Never again. WORST NAILS EVER! p.s. I did have pictures of the ruined nails "3 days after painting" but can't seem to post them.

Visited yesterday to support a wheelchair user to have her nails done, having spent time standing waiting to be seen, I was ignored by staff who then turned their attention to a able person who arrive...
Visited yesterday to support a wheelchair user to have her nails done, having spent time standing waiting to be seen, I was ignored by staff who then turned their attention to a able person who arrived after I did, having explained that the lady in the wheelchair would like her nails done, I was told very abruptly " cant do it," when asked why? i was told " she wont be able to get her hands under the dryer, we cant do it". This lady has visited several nail bars over the years and all have been happy to paint her nails and allow them to air dry. My first impressions,Totally unacceptable level of customer service, and obnoxious attitude.

They've always been professional, pleasant and priced right.

Got them done christmas eve they were nice but got them done again tonight after showing them a picture of what I wanted and their stunning over the moon I get to show off my amazing nails along with my new Engagment ring for work tomorrow, even give them a big tip ;) ooh and while I was getting them done they gave my 3 year old chocolates and painted her nails pink with sparkles their lovely.

I have used this nail salon for years, having previously used their other shop in Newcastle first. The staff are lovely, they are very efficient and nothing is too much trouble. If you snap a nail it is replaced without charge and you usually get a new top coat of nail varnish on all of your nails so that they all blend in.
Well worth the money.

I have used this nail salon for years, having previously used their other shop in Newcastle first. The staff are lovely, they are very efficient and nothing is too much trouble. If you snap a nail it is replaced without charge and you usually get a new top coat of nail varnish on all of your nails so that they all blend in.
Well worth the money.
