Writing on behalf of my mum. She received a pedicure treatment with gel polish on Thursday 16th November. Today Sunday 19th the nail polish has completely come off 1 of her big toes. Xtensions has responded to her and said that she could not have a refund because at the time she was 'happy' with the service, of course at the time she was satisfied. However gels are meant to be a lasting nail treatment therefore if it comes off in 3 days, this shows a poor treatment and the service was clearly not to standard as other treatments received by both myself and my mother have lasted. The response from Xtensions was very rude. We are very disappointed with the service and now their response to us. Read Less
