They asked me to pay before doing my nails but I soon after noticed they did not ask anyone else to do so, I was the only black customer, every other customer paid after they were done. My nails were uneven, badly done, nail varnish did not cover the whole nail and it was definitely rushed. I do not recommend especially if of African decent

This is the most hostile place I have been to. Thank God that I'm not a loud, short tempered person because the way me and my sister have been treated several time, it's unbelievable and it seems like it gets worse every time. I go to this nail salon as it's the one closest to where I live. My one of my first experiences here were rather disappointing. I had gone there around new year 2017 to get my nails done for new years. Had a image of what I wanted which was very possible. When the man started with my nails he saw the picture and said ok. After a while when he was puting on the gel polish as if he was finished and I asked him what about the rest. And he was completely dismissive about it. Didn't want to do it, didn't want to even hear about it. I just said ok and paid for what he charged me and I left very disappointed and feeling cheated. Most recently I sent my sister there, she told me that it was very uncomfortable for her. She was the only one apart from everyone else in the room who was asked to pay for her nails before getting them done. If that isn't discrimination I don't know what is. On top of that he had the audacity to make a complete mess out of her nail every single one of them looked crooked. She was so embarrassed to even go to an event with her nails like that. Plus most of her nails had brush marks. There are several events where we were mistreated in this nail salon. I am a very well educated woman whith a very good job who is treated like a thief or gum on his shoes every time. Had been quiet for too long but had to let everyone know the type of customer service the guy gives. His wife is very very lovely though.

I went here for a simple gel polish and when I left I noticed they were all smudged. Then I went to another salon to have the gel polish removed and they couldn't remove the gel at all and they told me it was because the previous technician (USA Nails) didn't use a base coat.
As a result my nails are now paper thin!
Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Prices are cheap but it's not worth having damaged nails!

There is no other shop that holds a candle to Lilly’s!! She and Danny are so kind and professional..the shop is spotless and cozy! If you haven’t been there, then you are missing out!!

Today I got my nails done I haven't had my nails done in 2 years just because of the fact that I can't find the person that does them the way I like them and today the owner Lilly did my nails and I love the fact that she paid very specific attention to what the client needs I had a wonderful conversation with her I love the way my nails came out and I just wanted to appreciate you and thank you very honest person and down to earth

Went in today bc it was close to my job. Was waited on immediately. And they took there time. Lilly gave me great tips on my nails. Things I didn't know after getting my nails done for over 20 years. I'm very picky about my eyebrows and she waxed them and I had no complaints. I will definitely be back.

I made an appointment for 6 pm. I came in at 6, and was told to wait a minute and they'd begin soaking my shellac off. After about 10 minutes (which was no big deal), someone sat the station up for me to soak my nails. At 7:30 pm, I got up and walked out because I was still sitting there. I am extremely disappointed in the disregard for my time. I would be more understanding, had I not made an appointment, if someone communicated with me that I'd have to wait a while, or if they did so much to even offer me a drink. Customer service is obviously not important to them, so I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!

Treated my girlfriend to have her nails done and she's been completely butchered.Nails look absolutely nothing like what she asked for and I'd know because she showed me the picture before I left that...
Treated my girlfriend to have her nails done and she's been completely butchered.Nails look absolutely nothing like what she asked for and I'd know because she showed me the picture before I left that she was going to ask for.i understand these places get busy and they need a quick turn around but I could've done a better job myself using a belt sander and just nailed on a few pieces of plastic using my nail gun I used for roofinging.The fact she's can't even touch it without pain is terrible ! Random shapes and quite frankly the nail varnish looks like it's been put on by a one eyed man with a catteract.Appalled !will happily share pictures with anyone until this is rectified ! Supposed to be a respectable business and looks more like a back alley hack Job !

They asked me to pay before doing my nails but I soon after noticed they did not ask anyone else to do so, I was the only black customer, every other customer paid after they were done. I went here for a simple gel polish and when I left I noticed they were all smudged. Then I went to another salon to have the gel polish removed and they couldn't remove the gel at all and they told me it was because the previous technician (USA Nails) didn't use a base coat.
As a result my nails are now paper thin!
Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Prices are cheap but it's not worth having damaged nails!
