This review is for Susan Connolly the beauty therapist within Rockabelles. My daughter needed a last minute spray tan for a very big dance competition in London the next day. I had seen an offer on fb where it said some services were on offer for £10 as Susan was celebrating 10 years. I rang up first thing on Tuesday 1/8/17 to enquire, the girl said she wasn't sure and would check and ring me back, I was a little disappointed that no one called me,as we had waited all morn...ing,but my daughter rang back at lunchtime and spoke to Susan who was fantastic, she fitted us in even though she stayed late 6pm and even honoured the offer as it wasn't her day, she usually does the offer on Thursdays! Really professional and made my daughter and I feel at ease, she has told all her friends about her experience with Susan and has recommended her. I can't recommend Emma and her team highly enough! For years I've dreaded going to the hairdressers, most don't listen to your requests and the staff offer small talk but mostly gossip between themselves BUT NOT Rockabelles. Thank you to Emma and Rockabelles for a wonderful pampering experience, Emma cut and styled my hair beautifully, her skills in hairdressering are fantastic, I had gel chrome nails by Susan and they are stunning! The service always makes you feel very relaxed, the staff are all bubbly and make you forget your problems, I reluctantly use other salons only when I have no option due to not living in Northampton but truly would never go anywhere else if I were closer!
