Amazing!!! My new favourite salon in Northampton. Renew is a beautiful and very professional salon. I had a CND Shellac manicure and pedicure by Emma. She was so helpful and friendly. Very disappointed.. I asked for Shellac which is supposed to last up to 3 weeks at least, 3 days later it fell off and the nail art itself wasn't very good, see images attached. My friend also had a terrible experience where the owner of the business dealt with it quite unprofessionally. I'm also quite shocked at how the owner of the business responded to another lady's comment on Google reviews. Will definitely not be going to this place again and wouldn't recommend it either. The was a confusion on the booking on their part and she was unwilling to take responsibility, I also pre paid for a full service to get my nails and toes done, however she then turn around to tell me that she didn't have time to finish off my nails, I was very vex because I felt like I didn't get what I paid for and she was unwilling to give me a refund, her claim was "I don't owe you any money because I work by the hour" so whether your nails are painted or not it's the same price" 😡Their leaflet doesn't not say she works by the hour, you book a service and that's what you pay for and you expect to get it My experience at this nail salon was very disappointing as a first timer and for the price I paid £67 I ended up with nails I didn't want and my toes unpainted The manager/ owner of the salon as rude when I challenge her mistakes, and has no skills in dealing with complains and couldn't take criticism, she claimed she had 10years experience but her work was amateur, her employee is way better at doing nails than she is, But the owner put me off and wouldn't go back I'm afraid Every time I asked for a nail design she claimed she didn't have the time, I'm sorry I paid for the service you make time I will never visit this salon again!
