Second time to get my nails done here. I've gotten the mood changing gel both times. Each time the older gentleman did it. I've been happy both times. I also had a pedi for the 1st time. Despite a couple of them being a little overly amused that one of my big toes is missing a toenail, I was pleased with the result. The gentleman that did it was great....I walked away feeling very relaxed. There was one woman there who seemed to be making fun of patrons...my toe included....and had her lunch at her station....very loudly. THAT was a bit distacting as my chair was right by her station and the relaxation factor wasnt high at that point. All in all I am happy with the result and will be back in the near future. I usually love this place and I tell everyone to go there however today was a little different. The lady that did my nails was not very friendly at all and just stared at me when I pulled my hand away because the drill was cutting me. Then a couple of young girls came in to get their nails done and a finger nail polish dropped on the ground. It was not the color they chose. It was sitting on the chair from the previous customer. However the lady that was doing my nails told them itd be 10 dollars to replace. Also, they began to talk about the girls and look straight at them and laugh with that bitchy laugh. Got a basic pedicure and basic gel manicure and they did a very good job. Would have given 5 stars except they didn't put the separators between my toes and one nail got messed up. The lady did fix it. Overall good experience and I would recommend. Read Less
