My appointment started late then my nail technician changed over in the middle of my appointment. I booked in for a manicure yet my nails weren't cleaned and I have polish on my thumb. Been awhile since I had been because I had moved house but so glad to have come back here. Came Wednesday to get my nails done and like usual did a superb job of them, very pleased. Then booked back in today with Olivia for my lashes which are gorgeous, she did an amazing job with them feel very comfortable don't even realise i have them on, I have been many places before for lashes and always feel the glue which made them very uncomfortable. Oh my god. This places service is terrible. It could just be the woman I had. She was Chinese I think, didn't speak good English but had obviously worked there a while. She was so rude pretty much shouting at me cause I didn't pass my foot over quick enough. She had an attitude the whole time and when she walked away she looked angry and bothered. Tried to find her name but I couldn't see it anywhere. People come to get their nails done to relax not to feel embarassed. As you walk in you can see all the nail ladies staring you out, no smiling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. She walked away and left me for 45 minutes. No word as to where she had gone. Or how long I should sit tight for. She even forgot about me when she did return. Oh and when I had my acrylics done with a different lady my nail started bleeding. This salon really doesn't pride itself in customer service. Read Less

I visited the studio on NYE for a full set of acrylics. I haven't had my nails done in a long time so I had no clue what I wanted - the lady who served me (apologies i forgot to take a name!) was so patient and helpful! Bit late but... Took my Daughter for her first professional manicure this morning. My Daughter has Autism so we didn't know how this would go. No need to worry though... Immediately Mollie made her feel welcome and at ease... & then done her nails in the professional & precise way Mollie always does nails... great care & expertise at all times.
