there’s almost always a long wait but it’s worth it. also, make an appointment!! they take walk-ins, but you can almost never predict when it’s going to be busy and this is a very popular nail salon. Kevin filed my nail so long and hard that I now have a blood clot under my nail , after he filed my nail he began to put the Acrylic on I advised him my finger was burning he just repeated me and kept working. Now a week later while at home I go to change my polish color and I see my nail is black I begin to remove the nail because I thought it was a fungus after going to the ER I learned that it was a blood clot and that happen while getting my nails done because he filed to hard and long on my nails . Visited BR Nails last Thursday, have been going there for years, long wait finally get to the pedi chair they advise me it is $10.00 to take the gel polish of of 2 nails then they change it to $5.00 I said ok!! Then the young fella ask me what color polish I said French he started in on my little toe "toe ugly we won't be able to do French it won't look right toe ugly" I advised him h I have been coming here for years never been disrespected like this before!!!! Get to the counter tried to tell the other gentlemen what was going on he said $10.00 pls I tell him other tech said $5.00 he said "only if your being service!! Never again!! I have been here several times and have never had an issue till recently. I came in a signed up for a full set with Andy and a pedicure. Andy was with someone so we did my pedicure first. My pedicure was EXCELLENT done by O. She was very good. When she finished she had me wait since Andy was with another customer. I waited for almost 20 minutes for him to finish and then he gets this other lady that had just got there maybe 10 minutes earlier. He looks at me and says...she ha...d an appointment. Really...I have been waiting. Someone could have said that. I then asked if someone else could do my nails. Another guy came out...asked me what I was getting...I told him a full set and then he said...I just started my breakfast it will be another 10 minutes. At this point I just paid for my pedicure and left. I went Nail Fashion and got my nails done and that is where I will be going for now on.
