Awful service. The manager is rude. You’re kept waiting even when you have an appointment. Quality of nails is pretty average as they’re always in a rush to get the next person in the chair. An hour and a half after leaving the store my nails kept smudging even though I was being really careful! I rang to complain and was told by the boss that “it’s common sense that nails need an hour to dry” even though it had been way over an hour since I’d left the shop. Also baring in mind that they just sat me under the dryer for ten minutes then said I’m free to go. I had to practically tell him to re do them and when he finally agreed I said thank you and he just hung up the phone. After giving this shop a second chance, I won’t be going back as there’s so many other nail shops in the town that I’m sure would be more worthy of my money! Read Less

Clean! Organized! Spacious! Well lit and nicely decorated! My nail technician (whose name I forgot) was very nice. She spoke with me and we had an actual conversation y'all. When her coworker arrived they BOTH continued the conversation and even taught me a little Spanish! I've seen this place every time I drove on 9th Street, so the first free chance I got I tried them out. I've just had to walk out of Beach Hut with nails that literally look like balloons. They left my hands in the liquid to take the acrylics off for too long and now my skin is really dry and crumbly/flakey. I kept asking and asking for them to file my nails down and change the shape but the only response I got was "it's the shape of your nail and the way your finger goes because your finger is wonky" but I have never had nails look like these before. They are disgusting and I still had to pay £35 for them. The older woman rushes the acrylic nails and makes them really thick and uneven. I now am going to have to go and get them redone somewhere else this week because any girl/woman would not be able to cope with these nails any longer. I have used this studio since it opened and I highly recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances. I haven't suffered a broken or chipped nail and my polish remains perfect from one visit to the next. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are all polite and efficient. Read Less

I've been to Beach Hut for the last couple of month for acrylic nails, I always love that they aren't to thick, and they are never over drilled. I have recommended lots of people as I'm normally happy. I love the young girl who does all the painting of the nails. Today when I walked in to all the staff sat on the sofa with their phones, We didn't even get a welcome! Everyone looks so miserable. I asked for some nail art on 2 fingers and you would have thought i had asked fo...r the world! The lady was so rude to me because she didn't understand what I wanted, she was extremely inpatient, making me feel rushed & uncomfortable. She got so annoyed with me. I'm not happy with my nail art which was very minimalistic. But I didn't feel like I could say anymore times what I wanted.
