Most welcoming gym ever! Reception area is like your living room but more social. Hair and beauty is also excellent if you prefer a pamper. Parking is easy too.

Totally Love Absolute Fitness...the gym is really well equipped and the staff are very friendly it’s def one of the best gyms in the area

Absolute fitness is a very friendly gym, great staff, lovely instructors and fabulous facilities. There are plenty of machines and free weights, spinning classes, circuit classes, Zumba and lots more...
Absolute fitness is a very friendly gym, great staff, lovely instructors and fabulous facilities. There are plenty of machines and free weights, spinning classes, circuit classes, Zumba and lots more plus you don't have to be a member to attend the classes, just £5 per class for non members!

First time at the gym last night and first time spinning... Well what can I say. The team is very friendly especially Kristie the the spinning queen. Showing me how the bike worked, how to adjust if needed plus checking if I was ok. I left feeling battered and bruised and walking like Mr Soft but I can say I'll be back next week.
