He managed to iron out some tricky little knots in my shoulders, neck and back definitely working miracles - even freeing tightness in my calves which I wasn’t aware of ! I had gel nails and manicure at a cost of £30 completed 12 days ago generally gel nails last me 5 - 6 weeks then become a little chipped and grow out hence needing completing again and generally last whilst I'm abroad swimming/ in saunas with extreme heat . These gel nails lasted 3 days became chipped instantly and peeled off in a hot bath only within a 7 day period by day 11- 4 nails had fully peeled and today all 10 completely off . It takes a great deal of time and effo...rt within other salons to actually take off this polish. I have rang the shop with my concerns today and got the blunt response this happens to some people and we give no guarantees of the time limit gel nails last. Offering no solution or the offer to redo .For this reason I am writing this review and will not be using this salon again and any one who uses them needs to be careful of this treatment and after care customer service .I was going for other treatments but have cancelled them due to the after care today and would not go here again there are so many better shops to go to with a better quality service. Absolutely fantastic place, can't reccommend them enough. They kindly combined some treatments for me to make a mini pamper day; I had the full dermological facial with microdermabrasion (made such a difference to the skin on my face!), the Indian head massage, a hot stone back massage and also had my eyebrows threaded. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere in the place itself is so lovely. I'm bigger than your average lady but it wasn't a problem at all for them and I was treated with all the care and attention you'd expect, and then a bit more! Im 38 weeks pregnant and I enquired about which treatment would suit my requirements best, I received a friendly response with a few options, I decided to go for a Medispa pedicure which was so relaxing and Nicole completely got rid of all of the dry skin on my heels, she was chatty and friendly all the way through & gave me a lovely relaxing massage at the end which was just what I needed to help my swollen feet! I cannot recommend high enough this place I come here as often as I can to have a full body deep tissue massage and I can tell you I have a stressful life, but I leave here feeling like the weight of the world has been lifted from me, like a new person,honestly it's worth every penny. I also have recently had individual lashes done and they are fantastic,I always struggled to keep other individuals and clusters on because I tend to sleep on my face but the individuals from here are fantastic. Went last week, the studio is clean, the staff pleasant; I had gel nails done, far from perfect (going to have them redone this week), poor selection of colours, the one I chose came out much paler than the sample, the appearance is also slightly lumpy, I wouldn't go back for this service. Read Less
