So upset... I used this nail bar a lot when I was at uni in Scarborough. I am getting married on Saturday so decided to travel all the way from hull to get my nails done here. I had bows on 2 fingers and both thumbs which coz me an additional £10 today I have had to go to a nail salon and get those fingers redone because I can't drive all the way back. All the bows have lost gems making them look unfinished. I would appreciate if you got in contact with me and at least refunded me the £10 for the bows via Paypal or a friend can pop in and collect. Had my nails done here plenty of times and never had an issue, although this time I had my nails done it turned out to be a complete disaster. My nails were rushed, I left the shop with my gel polish still wet which caused them to smudge. The following day I had to come back into the shop because one had snapped off, 4 days after having them done I was on holiday and caught one of my nails which led to the acrylic pulling my own nail off underneath and I had to go to a hospi...tal abroad to have the nail and acrylic removed and antibiotics because the nail had gone infected. Which led to me paying 75 euros!!! If you used the correct products and not ridiculously strong chemicals then this wouldn't of happened. The acrylic shouldn't be that strong that it pulls your own nail off underneath. Will not be coming back in the future my nails are ruined. See More Read Less
