I went and had a lovely 30 minute express facial today by Charlie. I was relaxed and cared for and made to feel very welcome. Excellent prices and fantastic service. Thank you.

Had a fab 90 min facial with Charlotte. One of the best and I've had facials all over the world including cruises. Defo recommend and will be rebookin for more facials and other treatments. Jennie

Very disappointed with my eyelashes I had done by Beth. After requesting for them to be fixed, I was told she had stopped doing the treatment I originally paid for (assuming because it was of such poo...
Very disappointed with my eyelashes I had done by Beth. After requesting for them to be fixed, I was told she had stopped doing the treatment I originally paid for (assuming because it was of such poor quality) and that she was far too busy to fix them unless I paid for a more expensive treatment. She then cancelled last minute and was extremely rude.

Atmosphere spot on ! Entered the salon and was not only greeted by everyone, but also offered a cuppa before I even sat down...just what I needed at 9.30am on a chilly morning. Imogen was my stylist, ...
Atmosphere spot on ! Entered the salon and was not only greeted by everyone, but also offered a cuppa before I even sat down...just what I needed at 9.30am on a chilly morning. Imogen was my stylist, lovely girl and OMG gives the most amazing hair wash! I've never experienced a wash that hasn't been rushed...head massage included. Lots of good products being used that smell edible too. I left the salon not just feeling good about my hair, but feeling refreshed from within too. My next plan is to try a treatment from the beauty salon upstairs

Very disappointed with my eyelashes I had done by Beth. After requesting for them to be fixed, I was told she had stopped doing the treatment I originally paid for (assuming because it was of such poor quality) and that she was far too busy to fix them unless I paid for a more expensive treatment.
