Just enjoyed the most relaxing massage - Lava Shells. The heat generated from these shells added, for me an extra dimension to a normal massage. This was a totally fabulous experience, my back, shoulders and neck feel ache and twinge free. I had 30+ minutes of not thinking or worrying about anything which is bliss in itself. I can highly recommend this treatment for anyone whether you have aches and pains or just want time to yourself.
