My teenage daughter came here yesterday for her nails doing. They look great however they refused to give her any change from the £30 she gave them. Although she stood waiting, then asked for the £5, the woman who took her money ‘didn’t speak any English’ and said she couldn’t understand her. (The woman’s word, my daughter is mixed race... we are in no way racist) and then walked off upstairs. Absolutely disgusting to treat a young teenager in this way!

I’ve been coming to perfect 10 nails for awhile now. The older lady is good not brilliant but good. Then I had the daughter do my nails they wasn’t as good. My nails had far too much acrylic on them and she had cut them far to short. They looked like blobs. They looked terrible. I went back the next day and ask them to remove them. They were very nice about it and told me to come back when her mother was in and she will redo them at no charge so I was happy until I returned and had them redone by her mother to be told I have to pay. I did explain to her what happened during this time the mother rang her daughter and basically called me a liar. The man (husband) sat there and never spoke a word. He was there and I ask him to tell her I was telling the truth. I never paid and definitely won’t be going back. I was a good customer

Another perfect ten for me. Have been going here nearly since it opened. previous and new owners amazing so friendly and extremely hard working !!! Never have I had a bad set of nails and always make sure you happy before you leave !!! It’s an asset to knaresborough love the fact you can just go in and never a long wait even at busy times. Keep up the perfect 10 😊😊😊😊😊😊

In the past I used to come to this place very often (when it was old owners) and just suddenly decided to go from York again as a treat to myself...
The girl did disgusting job!!! The feakness of gel she put is over the limit! All skin is sticking to the nails (under)
And when I said all of that ... she said it will come out after few days !!! And the thick layer is your your nails to be nice for 4 weeks!
What !? Seriously!? I know if you put less it last longer ... anyway! Absolutely horrible!
Nails look like I've done it first time just by myself!!!
I feel so upset angry and disappointed!!!
The shame I can't put the photos here !

After waiting for almost one hour the manicurist put a shade of pink on my nails which was supposed to have a matalic topping. She placed a clear varnish on top of the pink when asking for the metali...
After waiting for almost one hour the manicurist put a shade of pink on my nails which was supposed to have a matalic topping. She placed a clear varnish on top of the pink when asking for the metalic topping I was informed is was to late and would do it next time. Not good enough. There will be no next time.

My teenage daughter came here yesterday for her nails doing. They look great however they refused to give her any change from the £30 she gave them. Although she stood waiting, then asked for the £5, the woman who took her money ‘didn’t speak any English’ and said she couldn’t understand her. I’ve been coming to perfect 10 nails for awhile now. The older lady is good not brilliant but good. Then I had the daughter do my nails they wasn’t as good.
