Regularly go to Spruce Moose, to tend to my poor florist’s hands amongst other things. Friendly staff, and great range of treatments. I see the lovely Emma who remembers what I like (including my cup of tea!) and who has a real eye for detail. I recommend joining if you go regularly as it saves quite a bit of money.

Had my first visit to Spruce Moose today and I enjoyed it v much. Maria was lovely and did a great job on my French gels. Will deffo be back and I’m deffo going to make the most of the membership.

Had the best experience today, pedicure and lashes and brows tinted and waxed, my brows have never looked so good! Emma was fantastic I would highly recommend! X

I've always had great service at Spruce Moose. I was in yesterday for a mani/pedi and the fit my daughter in with hardly any notice. Lovely staff and top quality service. I'm glad I'm a member.

I'd select zero stars if I could! This is written on behalf of my mum who visited the salon earlier this week. She turned up to the appointment a few minutes early (as asked to so) to have a consultation. When she turned up, she was told she was early and no such consultation was done. My mum had her eyebrows waxed and the incompetences of the staff have left her with a painful and obvious BURN on her face!! (See photo below!)... I wouldn't normally post a negative review online, however my mum sent an email to the company and has heard nothing in response - very disappointing 'customer service'!! Ver mais

Visited here today to remove ones winter coat for an event. The staff were so friendly and made me feel instantly welcome (not like a lot is Harrogate beauty salons!) The salon itself is beautiful, clean, tidy and welcoming! I was well looked after from start to finish! This is my new place to go for treatments and will without a doubt be recommending to whoever wants to listen! Open for late appointments which is fab for me! Thank you Emma and Spruce Moose!! A great concept! A happy client!

Brilliant range of treatments, bought my wife a gift voucher from the salon - really easy and looks great inside. My wife loved her first treatment too!

Regularly go to Spruce Moose, to tend to my poor florist’s hands amongst other things. Friendly staff, and great range of treatments. I see the lovely Emma who remembers what I like (including my cup of tea!) and who has a real eye for detail. I recommend joining if you go regularly as it saves quite a bit of money.

She turned up to the appointment a few minutes early (as asked to so) to have a consultation. When she turned up, she was told she was early and no such consultation was done. Visited here today to remove ones winter coat for an event. The staff were so friendly and made me feel instantly welcome (not like a lot is Harrogate beauty salons!)
