Had my own long nails before getting them done here. All they had to do is take the gel polish off my nails n apply new. First they took the electric file to them n broke the end off one then blamed it on my friend saying she'd said they were acrylics but my friend had told her they were my own n that I needed acrylic aswell as gellish nail Polish on. Then she dug a big gouge into one of my nails with the tool she was removing my old nail Polish with when I mentioned it she m...ade out my usual lady hadn't removed all the acrylic from when I'd previously had tips on which I've now found not to be true now the so called gellish polish that was applied (it wasnt) has flaked off. She didn't apply any acrylic so all my nails have broken it's going to take months to grow them back. She even dropped the bottle of nail Polish didn't even apply it right to the sides when I showed her she filed the sides of my nails away instead of sorting it out which actually just flaked more of the polish off. All they did the whole time I was there was slate her rival nail technician who apparently she trained which to me isn't very professional. They charged me £25 for the pleasure too which was definitely not right for what I had done. I'm only giving them 1 star because there's no option for 0 I'm fuming!
