If you want efficient friendly, courteous service dont go here. If you want time and careful attention to detail dont go here. If you want an appointment roughly on time that seems to be the least of their concerns. I booked a 2 pm appointment arrived 5 minutes early and told to wait in a manner of fact way. I wrongly assumed i was waiting for an elderly ladies nails to be completed which turned out to be 2.15. However another lady was then started. I reminded them of my 2pm appointment and she told to change seats to the manicure table. At 2.30pm it was clear i would have been waiting at least another 30 to 45 minutes. There was zero concern or explanation on their behalf and watching the quick, rough treatment of those in front i decided to leave. I am accustomed to a wonderful nail tecnician in East Yorkshire who is not only an expert in her field but offers excellent customer service skills with a smile, conversation, no silly masks and complementary coffee!

I have my nails done every four weeks its my me time! They always do a thorough job and very friendly and non expensive.

Wanted my nails done and chose here after I was advised not to go. I really wish I would have listened. The staff were very quiet and didn't engage much with my friend and I. The other assistant in the shop who was a trainee she was actually amazing. Who I had my eyebrows done by. The nails themselves are very rushed and not done correctly. After a week of having them done they still hurt.... I am no in the process of finding someone to take them off as there very poorly done. Stay away from here if you don't want to waste money. Booked a set of acrylic nails, two different girls did my nails but one of the girls hadn't realised that my previous nails had been done differently to the technique they use. Half way through I was told I should have had all of my previous nails removed and should have had a full set applied. During my time in the salon they accepted 4 additional customers, who were waiting a very long time between filing and painting. The workmanship was poor because the girls appeared to be rushing. As a result, I had to get one of my nails redone. I'm tempted to repainted my nails to cover their shoddy work

I arrived at 9am in accordance with the opening times its now 9.11am no answer on the phone number no any sight of someone inside. Very disappointed
