I get my nails done a lot and this is by far the most horrendous place I have been to. The place was filthy! No harm in running a few cleaning products around is there? Had my nails done on the Saturday and by Tuesday one had broke, they fixed it and the next day another broke! They don't file the acrylic on to the nail so there for these nails have lasted a week. Also a big inconvenience when I went back in to replace them. Apparently nails will break when you put yours shoes on?? The paint job had bubbles and dirt all over them with acrylic and paint down my nail bed I ended up re painting them at home.Disappointed and dissatisfied. Read Less

I went there to have shellac pedicure. The guy asked me to sit on the massage chair which I like. Than when he realised it is shellac after making an attempt to take polish off. But he didn't bother to invite me to another chair to take it off. He just carried on. Polish was taken off after pedicure finished. No toe nails cut, not filing done. When I ask he seemed didn't understand. Don't think I will be going there again. Read Less

If you care about customer service then do not go here! Wanted acrylics done for my birthday so booked an appointment: I felt like I was a chore for them and I felt like they were rushing to do my nails to get me out of the way so they could do the next customer. No eye contact or conversation which was a shame. The staff weren't that understanding of any questions I had either! Staff keep jumping from customer to customer which is annoying. Some customers were left waiting a long time. I felt like my money was snatched at the end and once the lady had finished my nails. Once she had done my nails she said "go and wash your hands " then by the time I got back they moved onto another customer doing eye brow waxing?! Just found it soooo so rude! I got acrylics with shellac paint and the lady did do an alright job overall (8/10?) however my experience was ruined because of the AWFUL service!:( Read Less

Would never use these again had nails and feet done with gels. The guy who done them made my toe bleed then he did my nails only to do them wrong so had to have one hand done again .. had them done on Tuesday it is now only Sunday and the gels are peeling off this cost my partner £55 . So avoid this place like the plague! !!! Read Less
