My appointment was with Katie. I can not say enough great things about her and the entire staff. She was so easy to talk to. She knew exactly how to highlight, cut, and style my hair. This is by far the best salon that I have been to. The staff is friendly and is more than willing to help you! I came in and wanted to go from brown to blond AND go pixie short. Katie spent the time to go through pictures and colors with me and I loved the outcome! Then 6 months later when I came in done with being blond and having short hair, she picked a brown almost exactly what my hair was and started me on the path to normalcy! I have been to many salons, and never felt like I was welcomed but always felt rushed. I am definitely stuck on this location! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for about a year now to Heather. She's always helping me with any questions about my hair and what would look good or not. My boyfriend's hair and mine has never been as healthy as it is now until her! Not only that the owners are so polite and make sure that you are comfortable in the environment. Refreshments and all! My hair was a hot mess when I first started coming to Salon Essence. But my stylist Katie does an amazing job and recommended products and tips for upkeep that other stylists haven't before.
