Went to get ny nails done on Sunday at 4.20pm. Online times say close at 5pm. A man asked what I wanted and I told him a new set of acrylics. He then said we're closed!!!! What the hell?! I came in July last minute emergency before leaving town fill and pedi and it was amazing. They charged me $50 for the 40 minute massage plus nail design. Great!!! I just left there today and had a fill and pedicure no design nothing special and my son paid for me and I was charged $70.... i was told pedicures are $25 and fills were $17+ if there was a design. So why charge me $20 extra? All they would tell me was yes for pedi and fill. I dont think i will be returning here after speaking so highly of them in the past. Read Less

They have one good person in there, she's called Tam. I wouldn't recommend any of the other staff members. The older man can't do nails and took 35 minutes to replace one broken nail. He couldn't even hold my finger properly and kept fannying around not knowing what to use. He was gentle but what a bad job! He didn't know how to use the magnet so my nail was a completely different colour and shape to the rest, also it was very lumpy. I went back the following day and complained and had it redone and said sorry it's not like me to complain, and the young man was extremely rude, didn't understand what the problem was, was huffy and puffy and taking the lids off of things and throwing them on the table with an attitude. Very rough and very bossy. Didn't say sorry. Highly unprofessional, it was like having a moody teenager do my nails. Where are people's manners in this industry? The only person that did say sorry was the lady. Shame because I loved the colour I had on my first visit. Sorry but I won't be returning to pay £30 to be made to feel so rubbish for such a small thing to be fixed. Read Less

I have been a fan of Aloha for years. They pamper clients like no other salon, providing yogurt, beverages, massage chairs, and the pedicures include foot and leg massage with exfoliation and hot stone.
