This place was the worst, my mom, sister, dad and I went here and we all got pedicures and manicures. But when we went to pay it came out to £157.00 because my nan booked it and she thought the £10 pedicure was getting to sit in the chair, but when we went to pay apparently the pedicure we got was £25 each, cause it was a "luxury" pedicure but NO A LUXURY PEDICURE IS HOT ROCKS, WAX, ROSE PETALS, but no a luxury pedicure is just getting to sit in the flipping chair. The best nails I've ever had and believe me I've had my nails done in a lot of places! I've even been two nail courses myself as I gave up with nails breaking, pinging off and not lasting very long (and I can be a bit fussy)... but with these nails, I can go for at least three weeks without them chipping or breaking and I'm certainly not careful with them! The staff are really polite and you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble...lovely cup of tea! Fortunately I've never had a problem with my nails but I know that they are happy to fix any problem upto 7 days after. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to them. Jason is brilliant...a couple of times I've had a function to go to, so I've taken a picture of my dress and Jason takes the time to choose the correct colour polish to match it. Shaun is the same. So helpful. I have extensions with gel powder and then gel polish, I prefer the gel polish as it lasts longer and you don't have to sit under the nail dryer for 15 mins. Their nail art skills are really a work of art...it's incredible watching them do it and they do a huge range of designs. I can't recommend Glam Nails enough, everyone comments on how lovely my nails are..hence why quite a few of my friends now go there. So...Jason and team...keep on doing what your doing! 😀 Read Less
