The best salon I have been to. All of the staff are bubbly and friendly. As soon as you enter the salon - which being a guy can be quite intimidating - you are immediately made to feel welcome. I have...
The best salon I have been to. All of the staff are bubbly and friendly. As soon as you enter the salon - which being a guy can be quite intimidating - you are immediately made to feel welcome. I have real issues with my back and have had 2 massages here and will definitely be having one a month as a treat from now on. The therapist checked the pressure and ensured I was warm and comfortable and really focused on my problem areas. Nothing is to much and it's such a relaxing environment! Thank you to all of the therapists for making me feel so at ease.

Originally had this post as a 1 star due to an issue with a refund over minutes left on the sun bed. I received a call today from the manager and I have to say she dealt with it amazingly. The best customer service I have received in a long time. It was explained that there was a misunderstanding with regards to minutes left and the refund amount. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that I've had to resort to posting on here rather than it being sorted at the first instance. The manager turned this around and would be happy to buy more gift vouchers for my partner and mother in law to spend there.

The best salon I have been to. All of the staff are bubbly and friendly. As soon as you enter the salon - which being a guy can be quite intimidating - you are immediately made to feel welcome.
