I have been going to P&W for about a year and love them. They have done a great job working with my disabilities and are very accommodating. I even showed up at 5:30, not knowing they were closing at 6 for their New Year, and they still did my nails. My mother, sister and I go to p&w and we love it. They always do a really nice job. Thao is our fav tech. My sister is special needs and got sick during her nail appt and they were so kind to her. my 56 year old mom and 93 year old grandmother went here for the first time last night they arrived at 615 and asked if it was enough time to get pedicures since they close at 730. They were told yes. Before their toes even dried they were told to get out. My mom told them no her toes weren't dried it wasn't summer and is wearing boots. Another girl came over to them screaming it's time to go. My mom explained that if customers were told their was enough time it was bad busin...ess to get literally kicked out because they wanted to go home. My mom and 93 year old grandmother were standing outside barefoot. The workers were also hauling out things from the building when they were on the sidewalk. They couldn't wait 5 more mins? My mom spoke to a manager today took pictures of both of their messed up toes and told my mom she would only give money back for my grandmother. My mom was upset and didn't understand that and said well I'm glad I won't come back and will tell everyone about the business being bad. She replied my girls wouldn't lie to me and I don't need more business. Most disrespectful place. I had a pedicure there last week and 3 days later had to go to pt first because I couldn't walk on my foot. It ended up being cellulitis an infection. Need to take an antibiotic for 10 days. They need to disinfect and clean the foot tubs. I will never go back there again and will report them to health department. Read Less

On 5-4-15, Lori was as rude as my first encounter. She dropped the towel on the floor beside her shoes and placed it on the footrest. I kindly asked for a clean one. Why have nicely soaked feet dried with a germy towel? She said no. I asked again, so she stood up and told me get someone else. I have been going there since its opening 3 years ago. On 5-5-15, I called the owner, Ritchie Duong, and said I had an issue to discuss. He hung up. I gave him the benefit of possibly disconnecting accidentally, so called back to be hung up on again!
