The consultant who served me today suggested a procedure that I did not want, I tried to be nice about it. Then when we were walking out she spoke to her colleagues in her own language and they all s...
The consultant who served me today suggested a procedure that I did not want, I tried to be nice about it. Then when we were walking out she spoke to her colleagues in her own language and they all started laughing while looking at me. You just lost a long term customer. Not good customer service.

I have my nail done there a few times and I’m very happy with them. I just had my eyelashes done 2 days ago and going back for a fuller look. Staff very friendly. Thankyou.

The consultant who served me today suggested a procedure that I did not want, I tried to be nice about it. Then when we were walking out she spoke to her colleagues in her own language and they all started laughing while looking at me. You just lost a long term customer. Not good customer service.
